If you already have an AWS account, you can skip this step and proceed to the next one.
AWS will ask you to provide a credit card when creating an account. This is required to verify your identity. Don’t worry. You won’t be charged anything unusual. Scale to Zero AWS Kit also has budget alerts in case you experiment with any services and forget to turn them off.
In the last step of creating an AWS account, you will be asked to select a support plan. Select the Basic support - free.
